Brokers' Personal Assistants, a Limited Liability Company, was established under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts on December 31, 1998. The partners of the Company are Beth Regan and Katie Doonan. The Company opened for business on February 1, 1999. The Company was started with the understanding that the real estate business is very cyclical. Some Brokers need assistance daily while others need help only now and then. The partners of BPA recognized this need and set out to offer a variety of services to Brokers in the Metro-West area. The services provided by BPA are varied: Computer Generated Floor Plans done to the Brokers specifications; Web Page Design and interface with REALTOR.COM; Photographs of interiors and exteriors of houses; design and execution of CMA's, Brochures, Feature Sheets, Marketing Postcards and Deed Verifications. Each partner has the expertise and enthusiasm necessary to provide any of the above listed services accurately and efficiently. |
